1. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. At checkout, the total order amount including product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be charged to your selected payment method.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will not be affected by price updates after payment has been processed.

4. Billing & Verification

  • We may use third-party payment processors to verify payment details and ensure transaction security.

  • Billing statements will show charges from janeiceproducts.com or our payment partner.

5. Payment Disputes

  • If your card issuer or payment platform returns a charge due to insufficient funds, chargebacks, or fraud disputes the order will be put on hold until resolution.

  • Repeated dispute activity may result in account restrictions or cancellation of future orders.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-shipment: Orders canceled before shipping are fully refundable.

  • Shipped orders: Subject to our standard Return Policy.

  • Non-refundable payment fees: Any transaction or intermediary bank fees are not refundable, unless we are at fault.
